Why This Set

5cm long-bead buildTwice the standard bead length. Fewer joints across 14 feet, so the rope holds its arc instead of sagging halfway through the turn.
20cm handles with grip tapeTurning is the hardest job in double dutch and the one nobody trains for. Longer handles give you leverage and a steadier arc, and the tape keeps your grip once palms get warm.
Tactile turning feedbackYou feel exactly where the rope is through your hands and arms. That is how two ropes stay in sync, and it gives the jumper a readable line to time their entry against.
Balanced weightHeavy enough that a nine year old can control the turn without the rope flying wild. Light enough that they can keep it going.
Two matched ropes in the boxNo sourcing a second rope, no mismatched pair, no garden hose at recess. Double dutch needs two turners and a jumper, so this one does not work alone.

Description

Double dutch needs two ropes, two turners, and one person brave enough to step in. Most sets fail at the first part. Thin cord goes limp halfway through the turn, the arc collapses, and the jumper gets clipped before they find the rhythm.

The Unity set is built around the turn.

Each rope carries 5cm beads, twice the length of a standard beaded segment. Fewer joints across a 14 foot span means the rope holds its arc from turner to turner instead of sagging in the middle. Your hands and arms feel exactly where the rope is through the whole rotation, so keeping two ropes in sync stops being guesswork. The jumper gets a clear, readable line to time their entry against.

The handles are 20cm, the same extended length as our Elevation MAX, wrapped in grip tape. Turning is the hardest job in double dutch and the one nobody trains for. Longer handles give you more leverage and a steadier arc, and the tape keeps your grip when palms get warm twenty minutes into a session.

Weight is the balance point. Heavy enough that a nine year old can control the turn without the rope flying wild. Light enough that they can still keep it going.

Both ropes come in the box. No sourcing a second one, no mismatched pair, no improvising with a garden hose at recess.

14 feet gives you room for two turners and one jumper, or two jumpers side by side once the group gets confident.

This is a full body workout that nobody notices they are doing. Coordination, timing, footwork, and cardio, wrapped inside a game. It scales from a first single entry to speed rounds and tricks, and it only gets better with more people.

Keep the promise. Elevate the rest.

Features

14 Foot Length (4.3m) Room for two turners and one jumper, or two jumpers once the group is ready

5cm Long-Bead Build Twice the standard bead length, so the rope holds its arc across the full span instead of sagging mid turn

Tactile Turning Feedback You feel the rope's position through your hands and arms, which is how two ropes stay in sync

20cm Long Handles with Grip Tape More leverage for the turners, secure hold through long sessions

Balanced Weight Controlled enough for kids to turn, light enough to keep going

Sold as a Complete Pair Two matched ropes in the box, ready to turn out of the packaging

Built for Groups PE class, recess, clubs, teams, birthdays, backyards

Perfect for:

  • PE teachers and school programmes
  • Jump rope clubs and teams
  • Family backyard sessions

Why double dutch:
→ Builds coordination and timing faster than solo jumping
→ Social by design, it does not work alone

A great jump rope. I searched for a good rope for a long time, sent many back. But this one is the best.
JanaGermany · Speed RopeVerified purchase
It's the second rope I've bought. The first one, after a year of daily use, shows signs of wear but still works fine. I'm giving this new one to my son. In my opinion, it's an excellent product.
Fabio R.Italy · Beaded RopeVerified purchase
Using the rope for almost a year. No beads were broken yet, though I used the rope on different kinds of solid ground.

What makes the Elevate Unity different
5cm long-bead build
Twice the length of a standard beaded segment. Fewer joints across a 14 foot span, so the rope holds its arc from turner to turner instead of sagging in the middle. That is where most sets fail. Thin cord goes limp halfway through the turn, the arc collapses, and the jumper gets clipped before they find the rhythm.
20cm grip-taped handles
Turning is the hardest job in double dutch and the one nobody trains for. The extended length gives the turners more leverage and a steadier arc, and the tape keeps your grip when palms get warm twenty minutes into a session. Same handle length as our Elevation MAX.
Feedback you feel, not watch
Your hands and arms register exactly where the rope is through the whole rotation, so keeping two ropes in sync stops being guesswork. The jumper gets a clear, readable line to time their entry against instead of a blur to gamble on.
Balanced weight. Both ropes in the box.

Elevate Unity double dutch rope set
Why a matched set beats two ropes that happen to be lying around
Two ropes.
One rhythm.
Double dutch needs two ropes, two turners, and one person brave enough to step in. Most sets fail at the first part. The Unity set is built around the turn, with long beads that hold the arc, handles that give the turners leverage, and a weight a kid can control. What is left is a full body workout nobody notices they are doing.

Handle design
Long grip.
Steady arc.
At 20cm these handles give the turners more leverage and a steadier arc, and they arrive already wrapped in grip tape, so a warm palm never slips twenty minutes into a session. No bearings, no metal. The cord runs free and the shatter-proof shells are built to survive ground smashes. Backed for life.

"We brought this to a session and the queue formed itself. The long beads hold the arc, so as a turner you feel the rope the whole way round and keeping both in sync stops being a fight. People who had never tried double dutch were running in before the hour was up."

What jumpers say

4.9 from 1,200+ reviews

"Bought a set for my Year 5 class and it has not been back in the equipment cupboard since. The ropes hold their arc, so the kids can turn for each other without me standing there doing it for them."

Thomas R. Verified

"My two turn for each other in the garden for hours. I expected to be called in as a turner every time, but the handles are long enough that they manage the arc on their own."

Nadia F. Verified
★★★★

"Solid set and the beads give you a rhythm you can hear and feel. It took us a couple of sessions to get two turners in sync, which is on us rather than the rope, but once it clicked it clicked."

Erik S. Verified

"We run double dutch at club night and mismatched ropes were always the problem. Two matched ropes out of one box fixed it. Months on concrete and the beads still hold their shape."

Got questions

Frequently asked

Who is the Elevate Unity set for?
PE teachers and school programmes, jump rope clubs and teams, families in the backyard, and community or youth groups. Double dutch needs two turners and one jumper, so this is not a solo rope. If you train on your own, start with the beaded rope instead.
What stops the rope sagging halfway through the turn?
The 5cm beads. That is twice the length of a standard beaded segment, so there are fewer joints across the 14 foot span and the rope holds its arc from turner to turner. Thin cord goes limp mid turn, the arc collapses, and the jumper gets clipped before they find the rhythm.
How long are the ropes and how much space do we need?
Each rope is 14 feet (4.3m), which leaves room for two turners and one jumper, or two jumpers side by side once the group is confident. Plan for roughly four metres of clear width and open headroom. Sports halls, playgrounds and flat lawns all work.
Can kids turn it on their own?
That is what the weight is balanced for. Heavy enough that a nine year old can control the turn without the rope flying wild, light enough that they can keep it going. The 20cm handles give them the leverage and the grip tape keeps their hands on the rope through a long session.
What is included in the package?
Two matched 14 foot ropes, ready to turn out of the box, plus the Elevate SHRED training app, nutrition guide, accountability tracker and Elevate Code mindset guide. €186 in training resources, free with every set.
How does the warranty work?
Handles carry a lifetime warranty. If they break for any reason we replace them free, no questions asked. The ropes are covered by a 90-day warranty. All returns are free within 90 days.
When will my order arrive?
Dispatched within 24 hours. EU & UK: 3-5 business days. USA/Canada: 7-12 business days. Australia: 10-14 business days. Free shipping on orders over €50.

The space you need

Each rope is 14 feet (4.3m). The turners stand apart with a little slack in the rope, so plan for roughly four metres of clear width and open headroom.

  • Sports hall, playground or a flat lawn all work
  • Rough concrete wears beads fastest, grass is kindest
  • Keep a metre clear behind each turner
  • Two turners and one jumper to start, two jumpers once the group is confident

Setting the turn

Each turner holds one handle of both ropes, arms relaxed, turning inward so the ropes alternate. The rope should brush the ground at the bottom of every arc. Feel the beat through the beads instead of watching the ropes.

Learning double dutch

Turners first. Get one rope turning steadily between two people, then add the second so the two alternate. The beads give you the beat, so listen and feel rather than count out loud.

Then the entry. The jumper stands beside a turner, follows the near rope down and steps in as it hits the ground. Small bounces, eyes up. From there it scales to speed rounds, tricks and two jumpers at once. The Elevate SHRED app drills the rhythm and footwork that make the entry clean.
