We offer an industry-leading 90-day return policy. You have a full 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return—no rush, no pressure.
We want you to have plenty of time to try your jump rope, incorporate it into your routine, and make sure it's the perfect fit for your training. That's 6X longer than the EU legal minimum of 14 days.
The 90-day period starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase. So even if there are shipping delays, you still get the full 90 days once your package arrives.

Once approved, we'll send you an email notification confirming that your refund has been processed.
Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
After we process your refund, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
