A PE lesson where nobody waits on the side.

A jump rope workshop fits a PE lesson, a sports day or the King's Games. Every child jumps for the full session. We bring the ropes and the coaches.

What a school clinic looks like

→ Warm-up to music and finding the rhythm

→ Basic jumps, the cross and first tricks

→ Long rope and Double Dutch in small teams

→ A challenge: most jumps in 30 seconds

Jump rope clinic in a sports hall with a full group

Younger groups play with the long rope and rhythm games. Older groups go for speed, tricks and a class battle. International schools can book the clinic in English.

Packages and prices

Every session happens at your location. Ropes, music, coaching and video footage are always included. Prices exclude travel costs and VAT.

Frequently asked questions

How many children can take part?

Up to 30 per session with two coaches. On a Half Day, classes rotate and up to 45 children jump per hour.

Can the school order ropes afterwards?

Yes. Schools order on our wholesale terms.

What does a clinic cost?

An Intro Session for up to 15 people is €225. A Group Session for up to 30 is €375. A Half Day starts at €675. Prices exclude travel costs and VAT.
