Elevate Rope runs jump rope workshops, rope skipping clinics and shows across the Netherlands. For schools, companies, sports clubs and events. You arrange the space. We bring the ropes, the music and the coaches.

What is a jump rope clinic?

A clinic is a group session led by our coaches. Everyone jumps, including people who haven't touched a rope in twenty years. We start with rhythm and basic jumps, then tricks, partner jumps and Double Dutch. We finish with a challenge the group beats together.

Every session happens at your location. Ropes, music, coaching and video footage are always included. Prices exclude travel costs and VAT.

Why Elevate Rope

We've made jump ropes since 2019, and more than 50,000 people jump with one. Every year we co-organise Jump Rope Revolution in Amsterdam, which ran for the fifth time in June 2026.

On the day we bring everything. Your group only has to jump.

Frequently asked questions

What does a clinic cost?

An Intro Session for up to 15 people is €225. A Group Session for up to 30 is €375. A Half Day starts at €675. Prices exclude travel costs and VAT.

Do participants bring their own rope?

No. We bring a rope for everyone, plus music and everything else we need.

How much space do we need?

Plan on about 2 by 2 metres per jumper. A gym or sports hall works best indoors. Outdoors works too, on a flat surface.

Do you work outside the Netherlands?

Our clinics run across the Netherlands. For other countries, send a request and we'll see what's possible.
