Yes, and the Beaded Rope thrives outside. The beads are built for rougher surfaces like concrete and pavement.

Speed ropes work outdoors too, but the thinner cord wears faster on abrasive ground. If you train mostly outside, lean Beaded or use a jump rope mat to extend the life of your speed cable.

Yes. Every rope ships at 3 meters (10 feet) standard and is fully adjustable to your height. Each rope includes an A-to-Z sizing guide in the box.

That length covers jumpers up to around 190cm comfortably.

It depends on your turning mechanics, your hand position, your training goal, your arm length, and the rope handle itself. There's no single answer. There's only the answer that fits you.

The general rules:

• Beginner: step on the middle of the rope. The handles should reach close to your shoulders.
• Intermediate: handles reach the bottom of the chest.
• Advanced: handles reach the top of your abdominals.

Most jumpers up to 190cm tall are fully covered by our standard 3 meter rope.

We ship fast. European orders are picked within a few hours on business days. UK and non-European orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days. Transit time then depends on where you are.

Shipping times are estimates. Carrier delays and customs clearance can shift them by a day or two.

Calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Free shipping kicks in early. €60 across most of Europe, and the equivalent in your currency for the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Yes. The moment your order leaves the warehouse, you get a tracking number by email. Keep it safe until your rope arrives.

If you're ordering from outside the EU, US, UK, or Australia, your country may charge import duties or VAT on arrival. These fees are set by your local government and aren't included in checkout.

We know it's not ideal. If you're unsure what to expect, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Email support@elevaterope.com with your order number and a brief description. Photos help if there's visible damage. We respond within 24 hours, usually faster, and we make it right.

You have 90 days from delivery to return your order for a refund.

Return shipping is on us. We send you a prepaid label, you drop the parcel at the carrier point, and we refund you within 5 business days of receiving it back.

To be eligible, the item needs to come back:

• Unused and in the condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• With proof of purchase

No. Return shipping is free for every return.

When you start a return, we send you a prepaid label within one business day. Print it, attach it to the parcel, drop it off. That's it.

We issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return at the warehouse. You'll get an email the moment it's issued.

After we issue it, allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account. That part is outside our control.

Two layers of protection:

90-Day Product Warranty: if your rope snaps within 90 days due to a manufacturing defect, we send you a new one. Free.

Lifetime Handle Guarantee: the handles are guaranteed forever. If a handle ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it. No questions.

To make a claim, email support@elevaterope.com with photos of the defect and your order number. Approval usually takes under 24 hours.

We don't process direct exchanges, because returning and reordering is faster for you.

Return your original item using the free return label, then place a new order whenever you're ready. You don't need to wait for the refund to clear before reordering.

For digital products, EU customers retain the right to withdraw within 14 days unless they expressly consent to immediate access at checkout and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal right. Once access is granted with that consent, the purchase is final.

If you're ordering into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Our 90-day policy covers the same ground and adds 76 days on top. You can return under either option. Return shipping stays free under both.

For full EU 14-day returns, we also refund the original outbound shipping cost at the standard delivery rate.

Beaded ropes hold up on concrete and pavement. Speed ropes work everywhere too, but the thinner cord wears faster on rough surfaces. For long-term durability and joint protection, train on wood, rubber matting, or a dedicated jump rope mat whenever you can.
