A jump rope workshop pulls your team out of meeting mode. Everyone joins at their own level. We come to your location with ropes, music and coaches.

→ Lunch energizer. 45 minutes at midday.

→ Team day. 60 to 90 minutes with partner jumps and a team challenge.

→ Kick-off or conference. A short show, then the room jumps.

With a rope, everyone starts at zero. The director trips as hard as the intern. Research has shown jump rope can deliver cardiovascular gains in a fraction of the time of jogging, so it fits a wellbeing programme too.

Every session happens at your location. Ropes, music, coaching and video footage are always included. Prices exclude travel costs and VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Can you run it at our office?

Often, yes. A canteen or large room with a high ceiling works, and so does a car park or lawn.

What if not everyone is sporty?

That's the point. Everyone starts at the same level and jumps at their own pace.

What does a clinic cost?

An Intro Session for up to 15 people is €225. A Group Session for up to 30 is €375. A Half Day starts at €675. Prices exclude travel costs and VAT.
