Your playlist, your pace
It is actually fun (not torture)
"I'll hate this too, like everything else I've tried."
Think about every cardio workout you have tried. Running is monotonous. Treadmills are boring. Ellipticals are worse. On a stationary bike you are going nowhere, literally.
The problem is not you. Traditional cardio is built for endurance, not for enjoyment.
Rope is different because it is a skill. There is rhythm and timing. There are tricks to learn: crosses, double unders, side swings.
You are not staring at a wall watching a number count down. You are trying to land the next hundred without catching your ankle. Ten minutes goes and you forgot to check the time.
- Learn a new trick every week
- Jump to your own playlist
- Gets more interesting, not less
- You actually look forward to it
"All I want to do is jump since it's one of the first cardio exercises I actually enjoy."
