Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Operator

The Elevate Rope Ambassador Program (the "Program") is operated by:

Throughout these Terms, "Elevate Rope," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Your Charisma B.V. "You" and "your" refer to the creator participating in the Program.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements. You must provide accurate and current information when registering and keep it up to date. We may approve or decline any registration at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Links, Coupons and Commissions

Upon approval you receive a personal affiliate link and, where applicable, a coupon code. Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases tracked through your link or code, as specified in your Program dashboard.

• If a customer uses both your link and your code, one commission applies, not two.
• Commissions are paid according to the payout schedule and method shown in your dashboard.
• Commissions on refunded, cancelled or fraudulent orders are reversed.
• If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you may not promote coupon codes.

4. Content License

Content collaboration is a core purpose of the Program. By participating in the Program, and by creating, submitting, tagging or sharing content that features Elevate Rope products or the Elevate Rope brand, including content posted with the mention @elevaterope, the hashtag #elevaterope, or content submitted to us directly, you grant Your Charisma B.V. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute and adapt that content, in whole or in part, on Elevate Rope websites, social media channels, email marketing, paid advertising and product listings.

Adaptation means reasonable edits such as cropping, resizing, subtitling, captioning and translation. We will credit you by name or handle where reasonably practical. This license includes the use of your name, social media handle, image and likeness as they appear in the content, for the purposes described above.

5. Withdrawing Your Content Permission

You may withdraw the license for future use at any time by emailing support@elevaterope.com. Withdrawal takes effect for new uses within 14 days of your notice. It does not affect content already published on our organic channels, and paid advertisements containing your content will be phased out within 30 days of your notice.

6. Your Content Warranties

For any content you create or share in connection with the Program, you confirm that:

• You created the content or hold the rights to it.
• It does not include third-party material such as music, footage or images unless properly licensed, and any music used in platform posts comes from the licensed music library of that platform.
• Any person appearing in the content has consented to its use.
• The content is accurate and does not make health, medical or performance claims about our products beyond those we publish ourselves.

7. Disclosure and Compliance

You must clearly disclose your commercial relationship with Elevate Rope in your content where required, for example with #ad or #partner, in line with the advertising rules that apply in your country. You are responsible for complying with all laws and platform rules that apply to your promotion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Send unsolicited messages or spam to promote your link.
• Bid on Elevate Rope brand terms in paid search.
• Misrepresent our products, prices or promotions.
• Self-purchase through your own link to generate commission.
• Present yourself as an employee or official representative of Elevate Rope.

9. Term and Termination

Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. We may suspend or remove you from the Program if you breach these Terms.

On termination, earned and approved commissions are paid out, pending commissions on reversed orders are cancelled, and the content license in Section 4 continues for content created during your participation, subject to your right of withdrawal in Section 5.

10. Liability

The Program is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the Program is limited to the commissions owed to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes by email or through your Program dashboard. Continued participation after the announced effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.
