The Elevate run is a great jump rope cross coordination drill and also a wonderful additional to your skipping arsenal. Getting it down is pretty tough, so start out slow, before trying to max it out on speed.
In the video on the bottom of this post, I’ll throw in a slow motion samples, for you to see exactly what do. Don’t get it mistaken, it’s a hard one.
